MATERIAL: Standard for body and cover: Grey Cast Iron to BS 1452: 1977

ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL: Stainless steel. Please inquire for further details.

COVER FIXING SCREWS: Stainless steel A4 Class 80 Allen Head captive.

FINISH: Standard is hot dipped galvanized; alternatives: zinc spray, epoxy resin, paint (any colour).

ENTRIES: Standard entries are 20mm and 25mm ISO metric. Alternative entries are available upon request. These are BS conduit 3/4" and 1". Pg 11, 13.5, 16 and 21,  NPT 1/2" and 3/4".

To order a standard enclosure the following list numbers should be used.

IMPORTANT  In order to comply with BASEEFA Certification it is necessary to supply each enclosure with a terminal block fitted.  Please therefore, detail your exact requirements. If terminal blocks are not defined each enclosure will be supplied with a Klippon BK 4 and necessary mounting accessories.

Entry to enclosure must be by way of approved cable glands or stopper boxes. Direct entry with conduit tube is not permitted.
